After Lin Shen and his companions returned to Giant Ring Star, Lin Shen also breathed a sigh of relief.

If they had been taken to the Star Lord's Mansion, it would have been nearly impossible to leave without handing over the Ascension Egg.

Even if they had surrendered it, whether they could have left alive was an unknown.

Yun replied, "This Ascension Egg is called Meidu Goddess. Its level name is a bit strange, called Super-Base Creature; it possesses three Base Change Talents and two Life Bases..."

Both Lin Shen and Wei were surprised after hearing the detailed Attributes Yun described.

"Are you certain it has two Life Bases, not two Base Talents?" Lin Shen asked.

After some thought, Yun answered, "I remember it clearly, there's no mistake. It's not Base Talents, but indeed two Life Bases, each with its own Base Talent."

The more Lin Shen heard, the more astonished he felt. Yun's luck was simply too good, having acquired such an Ascension Egg.

Now Lin Shen wondered if using this Ascension Egg to ascend would directly grant him a Double Life Base.

Unfortunately, according to Yun's description, the Meidu Goddess's three Base Change Talents and two Base Talents were mostly supportive skills, not the kind of abilities Lin Shen desired.

"You have such good fortune, do you plan to hatch her, or use her for Ascension?" Lin Shen asked Yun.

But Yun responded, "I was just following your orders to retrieve something, the item is yours. If you wish to reward me, some Mutation Fluid will suffice."

"Are you really willing to give it up? Do you know what this means?" Lin Shen asked Yun, looking at her somewhat curiously.

The information from Bart made Lin Shen waver in his previous certainty that Zhengzong was his third brother, Lin Zongzheng.

If Zhengzong was really his third brother, why would he work under the Di Man royal family?

Since he held a position of power within the Di Man Tribe, he should be aware of the Di Man princess's use of the Wan Family to target his siblings. Why would he remain unresponsive?

If it were really his third brother, he definitely wouldn't have ignored the situation. Even if he lacked the power to stop the princess, he should have done something.
