Chapter 177: Chapter 173: Before the Expo



[3rd POV]

Time had passed since the meeting with Lena, a lot of time. The would-be assassin of the President had been found rather quickly by Kara, who then promptly beat the snot out of the woman, and locked her up, preventing any deaths or damages that normally would have occurred like in canon. The woman had been an Infernian, a type of alien that could manipulate fire.

Kara had also found Mon-el and locked him up. The man had proven to be an annoyance, but hadn't actually tried anything against them, so it wasn't too awful. He did try to flirt with Kara, but had been bluntly shot down by the woman, who was not even remotely interested, especially not when Talia was right there.

Over the weeks since the meeting, Talia had been busy. She had been busy both with the creation of her company, completing more quests in the dungeon, and buying up property around the country for the creation of her stores that would then sell her product, at least, the product that she was willing to sell to others.

She had completed the production of thousands of phones all of which were far beyond anything that was currently on the market. They were built to be the best quality, having the highest battery life with the fastest charge, being the most durable, and having the best safety features. They were basically waterproof and took a lot more than a simple slam against the ground to make a crack in them, much less break them.

She has also created Tablets, Tv's, laptops, and headphones. All of them being the best of the best, while still being affordable for the common citizen. They were all built with her self made programs and protections, making them even better than others. They were also the best in terms of safety online, and ease of use. Basically, they were made to be better than any of the competition by a vast margin.

She planned to eventually start making PC parts too, like GPU's, Motherboards, and all sorts of other stuff. Mainly because that crap was way too expensive for the common citizen, and she wanted to make it more viable for people to use, without having to pay a thousand dollars for one part.

Her medicine production had been progressing smoothly, and she had finally gotten all the necessary legal permits in order to produce them, as well as buy hospitals. This included a shit ton of manipulation, changing public records, and doing some pretty illegal things that would probably cause a lot of problems if ever found out (not that they would be).

The production of some of her other items such as the cradle, had went well too. With the cradle slowly being sent out to the hospitals she has bought around the country, all of them just waiting to be used. She had of course patented all her inventions, and had them tested in order for them to be legal, but all of this was done with ease through the aid of J'onn after showing him some of her inventions, and using her own connections and power.

She had decided to have her Expo in the coming days, which would show off all her technology she had made so far, as well as some of the items her clones had been forging, which included all sorts of other technologies. One of them was a hoverboard-like item, similar to Ekko's from Arcane, an idea she got after binge watching the show with the girls.

She had invited all sorts of people, primarily tech enthusiasts, reporters from groups she actually trusted, Winn, Alex, Lena, and tons of others. Security had already been made, using her best security systems, as well as guards that were actually her familiars, simply wearing guard uniforms and being human looking.

Naturally over these weeks, she had completed quite a few quests, none of them were particularly hard, nor were they all that interesting in her eyes. She suspected she wouldn't struggle until she started to fight the stronger God's like Indra and Shiva, the Heavenly Dragons, and of course, the Dragon Gods. She had killed a decent bit of Gods and saved their corpses, but none of them were all that powerful.

She had also increased the size of her growing kingdom even more, now holding a total of 321 humans, and the 2000 aliens. This had completed three of the tasks for that quest.

Kill 100,000 Devils - 40 levels

Kill 10 Gods 5 Levels

Kill 100 Gods - 10 Levels

Kill the Seraphs - 45 levels, 2 powerful items

This had given her a total of 100 more levels to put towards her classes, as well as an additional 5 in xp from the dungeon monsters, which had given her a ton of new quirks, and led to the decision to continue with her current classes. This was mostly because she found that using the same class into higher levels, like 400 to 500, seemed to give her a lot more than just 200, and was more worthwhile with how many levels she was receiving.

From this, she had gotten a lot of quirks, some better than others. As well as two items that were both pretty decent.

[Quirk 12 - Absorbing Sword: By using a sword, the user is able to absorb energy from the quirks of others, or from outside sources (Example: Electricity form a generator) and the release it in a single concentrated slash]

[Quirk 13 - Arbor: Arbor allows the user to generate and control wood from any part of their body]

[Quirk 14 - Cement: Cement gives the user the ability to manipulate cement-based material simply by being in contact with the surface. It does not give them the ability to create new cement, they can only reshape existing cement]

[Quirk 15 - Cloud: Cloud allowed the user to create different-sized clouds, of varying densities, enough to be touched and even to hold up the weight of one or several people]

[Quirk 16 - Energy Suck: By making physical contact and then inhaling, the user can absorb the vitality of others, not only giving themselves more stamina, but also gaining an increase in size and strength]

[Quirk 17 - Explosion: Explosion allows the user to excrete nitroglycerin-like sweat from their palms and ignite it at will to create explosions of various size]

[Quirk 18 - Fast Fist: The user of Fast Fist can move at least their hands extremely quickly, allowing them to hit at least 100 times in less than a second]

[Quirk 19 - Hardening: Hardening gives the user the power to harden any part of their body. The Quirk protects them from most physical threats]

[Quirk 20 - Strongarm: Strongarm allows the user to rotate and move their shoulders at extreme speed and power, giving them commensurately fast and strong punches]

[Quirk 21 - Reflect: Reflect allows the user to absorb energy and send it back in the opposite direction. When something strikes them, a spiralling wave of energy forms from behind, and the same attack is rebound back at the opponent. The user can automatically use this Quirk to counter both physical and ranged attacks, making it very difficult to harm them. This Quirk is

always active]

[Quirk 22 - New Order: New Order allowed the user to set a rule onto their surroundings after touching the target and calling out their name, allowing them to manipulate and bestow new properties onto themselves and the world around them. This could range from simple descriptions to more conditional ones based on cause-and-effect. The user could give herself additional abilities, as well as manipulate the condition of her opponent's body. Aside from physical entities such as people, New Order was able to affect incorporeal things such as the air, laser beams, and even other Quirks. The effects granted by New Order were not omnipotent, as there were limits to how great they became. There was also a hard limit on how strong she could make herself with her Quirk, and she could not use it to become all- powerful or invincible. She could also only impose two rules at any given time, so if she decided to implement a new rule, one of the previous rules had to be disengaged. Furthermore, a rule could not arbitrarily affect another target she had not touched through clever wording (i.e. after she touches the air, making it so that someone who also touches the air will die). This quirk can grow stronger, losing some of the previous limitations. Due to the users power, and their other quirk "Worship" this quirk can now have 5 rules at any time, and the limits of them is much higher[

[Quirk 23 - Earth Flow: Earth Flow allows the user to manipulate the earth around them, being able to mold it into anything they want]

[Powerful Item 1]

Quirk Booster - A powerful pill, that once consumed, would boost the users quirk (S) power and abilities by at least 2x, and this boost can be even higher mattering on the users ability to

assimilate and absorb this pills effects.

[Powerful Item 2]

The Hexcore - The Hexcore from the Arcane/League of Legends universe. Upon equipping, the users species, abilities, mental capabilities, and all other capabilities, will begin to evolve at a much faster rate than ever before, combining with the user's own adaption and evolution. It also massively boosts the users healing capabilities, boosts their physical capabilities, and boosts all magical abilities by 2x. All familiars are strengthened by 2x. Grants all the abilities that Viktor from Arcane had, including the ability to create the "Puppets". Massively improves the users understanding, comprehension, and learning speeds involving everything Arcane, Magical, and mystical.

The quirk that had caught her eye the most out of all of them, was easily New Order. An incredibly powerful quirk in the hands of its original user, Star and Stripe, but in her hands? It was easily one of the most powerful abilities in her vast arsenal. The items had been welcome as well, with the Quirk being saved until after she finishes her class. While the Hexcore had

been another great addition, with it fusing perfectly to her body, now being held around her core as if protecting it, while her circles and stars were around it, with the Alpha Rune orbiting around it, akin to a moon, albeit it was growing closer and closer to the Hexcore, and her very own core, as if something was going to happen involving the two. That rune hadn't been in her "Core" before, but now that she had the Hexcore, it was.

It was constantly strengthening her at a rapid pace, boosting her more and more by the day, evolving further and further into something...more. Just as it had to Viktor, except it would not control her, no, she controlled it, and it was now a part of her. A powerful part of her that she could sense was going to continue to grow in power, therefore growing her power, and growing its own evolutionary capabilities further and further.

'Hmm, I wonder if a trip to Arcane should be arranged in the future' Talia thought, sitting on

the couch.

'Perhaps in the future. It'd be nice to save Vi and Jinx from their fates. Perhaps even get my hands on some of that Shimmer' Talia thought, growing more interested in the idea. ',,,That'll be for the future. I can't use multiverse travel just yet, but it'll be a fun trip, even if everyone I'll interact with will be far weaker' Talia continued her thought, deciding that the trip had some merit, if she decided to go through with it. Hex Crystals, Shimmer, and all the other neat tech there could be a good boon for her. 'That's for the future though. For now...for now let's get ready for this expo'

Basically just an intermission before the expo and that is about it.

I watched Arcane last night and... I am not okay, like...damn. I definitely want to use that for

something in the future in at least one of my fics, be it a small arc where the mc goes there to fix the shit show that goes down, or something else.
